Peter Natter, geboren 1958 in Alberschwende, Vorarlberg. Studium der Romanistik und Philosophie. Vielseitige berufliche Tätigkeiten: Hilfsbuchhalter, Lehrer, Garçon d'hôtel, Lektor, Philosoph, Autor. Lebt in Dornbirn, träumt vom Burgund und von der Loire. Seit 2010 sind von ihm drei Kriminalfälle rund um den Bregenzer Inspektor Isidor Ibele erschienen.
