About the author

Peter is Professor of Family Business & Entrepreneurship and the Director of the Global Family Business Center at IMD Business School. Peter works as a trusted advisor to enterprising families as well as their boards and top teams, focusing on transformations, governance, ownership- and leadership succession, business model questions, wealth management and high performing teams. He has authored numerous books and articles, and he is a sought-after speaker. He is founder of Delta Venture Partners and Associate Partner of CFEG.

Mario was a senior advisor and partner at the Cambridge Family Enterprise Group, and an Executive-in-Residence at IMD Business School. A former UBS private bank executive, he was an expert on family office design and management, with extensive experience advising families globally on financial strategies for private wealth and business needs. Mario recognized the broader purpose of family wealth, and enjoyed working with families to make the world a better place.
