**I voluntarily read an early copy of this title in exchange for an honest review** Piper Rayne's White Collar Brothers series has quickly risen to the top where their books are concerned. There is something about this set of Mancini brothers that has just drawn me in at the beginning of the first two books. In this one, we have a true enemies-to-lovers romance that will entertain you from the get-go. Carmelo "Carm" Mancini is your quintessential playboy. He's got abs for days, has those dreamy eyes, he's funny and he's also got getting a woman right where he wants them down to a science. Not to mention he's an accomplished real estate broker and in his mind, his business is the perfect mistress. Bella has been focused on her career for years. She's gorgeous, driven and has just recently made the move from being a real estate broker to handling FSBO sales instead. When she opens her new office, it happens to be right across the hall from Carm's. While Bella comes across as very secure and unflappable, she does have a secret that explains a lot about why she is the way she is. Carm and Bella have a rivalry and they've never even met in person, but when they do, it's hard for Bella to deny that Carm is better looking in person than on his billboards. As the two begin to spend more time around one another, it's clear they have chemistry, but a friendship also begins to form, although grudgingly on both sides. Will the chemistry they have finally ignite or will the rivalry win out in the end? As Piper Rayne always does, they inject humor along with the serious. There were times in this book I laughed, I gasped and I felt for all of the characters. I enjoyed having all of the other characters so involved as well, including Enzo and Annie, Dom and the others as well. I have no doubt we are in for quite the tale with Dom and I for one can't wait!

Dirty Flirty Enemy is the perfect title for Carm and Bella's enemies-to-lovers story. It's dirty (in the best way), they're flirty (especially Carm the charmer), and they are definitely enemies (at least when it comes to work). This was an engaging read- fun and sexy, but as they did with Sexy Filthy Boss, Piper Rayne added in a back/side story that was a bit heavier than what we're typically used to from them. I like how they've incorporated these issues, they bring a little more depth to the stories and characters. It makes me wonder if we're going to get something like this in Dom's book. As workforce competitors, Carm and Bella's relationship definitely starts off on the wrong foot. But before too long things between them begin to heat up and even as they try to keep things on a professional level, it soon becomes apparent that there's more than just a simple attraction developing. It's always fun to see the guy who never planned on being in a relationship fall in love, and Carm was no exception. I thought Carm's story was the one I was most looking forward to out of these three brothers, but oh no...I have a feeling Dom's story is going to be the biggest surprise of the bunch!

4.5 Stars This is the second book in the White Collar Brothers series. I really enjoyed this one. I was hooked right from the beginning. It's enemies to lovers story. I loved Carmelo. He surprised me in a good way. He's cocky arrogant attitude gives you one impression, but once you see under those layers you see the true guy beneath. Carmelo and Bella have great chemistry. Bella is a strong character and she's the perfect woman for Carmelo to take the plunge for. They both don;t labels and just have some fun, but they never counted on feelings playing a part. I loved the set up for Dom's book. Boy is it going to be a good one.
