This was a good friends to lovers story but there was nothing about that was really "wow". Fairly typical friends for years and never wanted to risk the friendship trying for something more. A recent job shows Daniel that life can be short and you should go for what you want and Amy is definitely what he wants. The characters were good and the overall story entertaining. So while perhaps not original it was entertaining. I would recommend it.

ARC Review: Planned Seduction by Jess Dee A man with a plan can prove to a dangerous man. Amy longs for someone to love. However, her track record has made her afraid of the risk. The one person she has always been able to count on is her best friend Daniel. She consistency in her life and she doesn't do well with change. Daniel has broken his share of hearts but his plans for Amy have permanent written all over them. I love the friends to lovers plot but found the story predictable.
