About this eBook

To impress the popular girls on a high school trip to London, klutzy Callie buys real Prada heels. But trying them on, she trips?conks her head?and wakes up in the year 1815!

There Callie meets Emily, who takes her in, mistaking her for a long-lost friend. As she spends time with Emily?s family, Callie warms to them?particularly to Emily?s cousin Alex, a hottie and a duke, if a tad arrogant.

But can Callie save Emily from a dire engagement, and win Alex?s heart, before her time in the past is up?

More Cabot than Ibbotson, Prada and Prejudice is a high-concept romantic comedy about finding friendship and love in the past in order to have happiness in the present.

3.5 out of 5 stars. Parts of the story dragged on a bit .... however ... I LOVED how the author wrapped it all up ... so in a way it might possibly be believable! =0) Review By: From Me to You ... Video, Photography, & Book Reviews -- read more of this review on my blog --

I was totally in love with this book. I am crazy about Alex. I read the parts about him over as over again. Also, I love how well the dresses and castle is described. My all time, favorite book!

I didn't like the ending though.she should've stayed back in time to be with the original alex instead of coming back to be with some "knockoff" who could be the descendent of the one she loved.if it were me, it would just tell me that the guy I loved married some other lady and had kids...
