Songwriting Curriculum consists of creative thinking strategy, S.C.A.M.P.E.R., process of writing, vocal training, How to write Lyrics, melody, harmony and rhythm. Many graphic organizers to assist in writing songs. How to Practice, improvisation section, drumming technique, Activity Sheets, Group Projects, Lesson Plan Bank, Rubrics and a student feedback form.
The Project Based Learning Songwriting Curriculum is a resource to teach songwriting to upper elementary to high school students. Every aspect of songwriting is covered from Lyrics, how to create melodies, harmonic progressions, bass lines and drum beats. The basis of this resource is to utilize graphic organizers in a way that students can visually understand the information faster.
