Hindi is not my first language but I like to read it from time to time. And if it's in the beauty of Poetry it always adds a little more sweetness to it. The whole book touches my heart. The author dedicates the whole book to her motherland, our mouthland and the heroes who are protecting this through their lives from the past till the present. Through her beautiful and powerful poetry she starts the book with an introduction of our motherland - "यहाँ हिम भी, हिमालय भी या गंगा, कावेरी, ब्रह्मपुत्र भी ये राज – रजवाड़ो की भूमि माँ - मेरी मतरभूमि ।" The author talks about the brave heroes and courageous heroines we get to taste the taste of freedom, to the known heroes to the unsung ones, she reminds us of them. And by reminding us, the youth of today, she encourages us to move forward to keep going, towards our own goal of - "गुरु से ज्ञान मन में स्वाभिमान दोस्तो मे प्यार अनंत – अपार यही उद्देश्य – यही है लक्ष्य चलना - बस चलते ही जाना"

It's not just a collection of poems; it's a symphony of emotions, a tapestry of history, and a beacon of inspiration. In "Ayushya," the author's words flow like a river, carrying the reader through the vast landscapes of human experience. From the profound spirituality of Swami Vivekananda to the unwavering valor of Subash Chandra Bose, each poem is a window into the souls of those who shaped our nation. What sets this book apart is its ability to transcend time. It's not just about the past; it's a call to action for the present and future. Through poetic storytelling, Promila Devi encourages today's youth to embrace their roles as custodians of our nation's legacy. This book is a treasure trove of inspiration, an intimate journey through history's triumphs and tragedies. "Ayushya" is a testament to the enduring power of poetry to awaken our spirits and guide us on a path of duty and honor. Hindi poetry compilations are usually my favourite. Because I enjoyed it so much, I'm pleased I decided to read it. Poetry is magic that is woven together, not simply words. The feeling is palpable throughout this book. This anthology of poems was fantastic. With each poem, the author painted a vivid picture that drew the reader into the story and evoked strong feelings. I was eager for more after each word. My favourites poems are "meri mitti" and "pulwama," out of all the ones I've read. If you want to ignite your patriotism, read this book. Its prose has the rare capacity to stir the reader's feelings and build a close emotional connection with the country and its past. Due to its motivational subjects, intricately connected lines, and the strong connection it forges with the reader, the book is a scholarly and instructional read.
