Protection Detail

I have been anticipating the conclusion to this series so that all the answers would be revealed to my questions in the previous books and I was not disappointed! I always know the a Julie Miller book will be fast-paced, have great characters and come to a satisfying conclusion! I just don't want the books to end! In this series, it is helpful to read the books in order. There is an overall story arc that will help the reader understand what is ultimately happening. I will miss the Watson family. They are such a close-knit family but, down to earth and "normal" too. This book was about the father, Thomas, and the nurse, Jane, that was employed by the family to take care of the grandfather after the shooting at a wedding that occurred in the first book. Jane has secrets and Thomas is on a mission to find out what they are because he feels like she's in danger. Since the whole Watson family is in danger (the wedding shooting), the family is now looking at TWO people trying to harm them! It's really fascinating how this family of cops go about trying to take down those who are trying to hard them! A great read and a nice conclusion! I recommend it!
