She has often felt the need to innovate, and modify existing recipes. Her emphasis has been not only on taste, but also on how attractive the food looks when kept on the table. Her dynamism to make cooking interesting combined with good oratory skills makes her a much sought-after judge for cookery competitions, giving demonstrations & also offering her opportunities to appear on television programmes.
