About this ebook

I know it can’t be easy for him to look in the mirror every day, or walk down the street. But that’s not my problem. My problem is that everything’s different since he’s been coming to my school. The kids are different. I’m different. And it sucks big-time.

WONDER told the story of August Pullman: an ordinary kid with an extraordinary face, whose first year at school changed the lives and the perspectives of everyone around him.

Now read THE JULIAN CHAPTER: classroom bully Julian’s side of the story, and an insight into his own feelings about Auggie. Thought-provoking, infuriating, surprising, heartbreaking and heartwarming, this is a must-read for the thousands of readers who loved WONDER.

This book is just awesome. Pure awesome. Really, I tell you. It is able to move hearts and change our minds. In full honesty, this has changed the way I live my life and how I treat others. Also, this is a wake-up call in a form of a book, because it shows the consequences of how treating people badly or in a mean way would end up to. If you ever feel like you need a motivation or a boost in life, because you've made a mistake, this book and also Wonder (the main book, includes the perspective of Auggie) will really make you to reflect on your actions. In summary, be kind to everyone. Summary for the books based on Wonder, just be kind. Being kind will lead you to things you most deserve for your actions and behaviour. I've truly enjoyed this book and Wonder. This has really made an impact on my life, so thank you Raquel J. Palacio.

Complements Wonder perfectly. You shouldn't read Wonder without reading this afterwards. If you're using Wonder as a teaching resource, this chapter is a perfect quick read with so much to discuss. She pulls no punches and gives no excuses for Julian, or his parents to hide behind. Full marks.
