I am 33 years old and I have suffered from anxiety since the age of 11. I thought as I got older it would get better but it has only gotten worse. it affects my day-to-day life so much so my quality of life basically sucks. my anxiety has crippled me so much to the point of not being able to answer the phone, my front door when people knock. it has gotten extremely worse and I'm not even sure why but this book has helped tremendously I must say. if you truly do suffer with anxiety and that generally anxiety, I mean anxiety on a day-to-day basis then you must read this book because it will affect you somehow positively and you will be able to relate somewhere. I do really think the author.
