About this ebook

Native American of the Blackfeet Nation, Lani Running Bear ends her service in the Army Military Police corps and returns to the reservation to help her people as a law enforcement officer. When members of her tribe turn up dead, she doesn't know who she can trust and calls on a man she’d busted while deployed. A man with the one qualification that would allow him to live on the reservation with her.

Fresh out of the Army and new to Brotherhood Protectors, Zachariah Jones is prime for his first assignment as the undercover fiancé of a tribal police officer from the Blackfeet Reservation, a woman he'd butted heads with on deployment in Afghanistan. With tensions running high, Zach and Lani fight to find the killers before more lives are lost. When the killer targets Lani, Zach will do anything to keep the woman he's falling in love with safe.

Ranger Creed is a phenomenal romantic suspense by Elle James. This is a fairly short read, perfect for those with limited reading time. Ms. James has provided readers with a well-written book populated with a stellar cast of characters. Lani Running Bear is out of the military and is now an officer for Blackfeet Law Enforcement Service on the reservation. Zach returns to Montana when he leaves the Army and finds a spot with the Brotherhood Protectors. Lani and Zach's story is packed with drama, humor, action, sexy bits and suspense. I only planned to read a couple pages of this book before bed...I ended up staying up to finish it. Ranger Creed is book 14 of the Brotherhood Protectors Series by can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book that I received from Prolific Works. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I really enjoy the Brotherhood series and all the spin offs. This one took place on the reservation. Lani our Blackfeet native is an intelligent, strong, woman. She calls in Zachariah for help, an Army Ranger who she body slammed when she was an MP in the service, and he comes. Swooning here. A man who came when asked, who knew she was capable, and had her back, sigh. This starts with a death of a teenager, and she is pulled off the case. Just like every job, there is politics and they are clearly at work. There are a couple of herrings and possibilities, but I caught this one right in the beginning. I was confused at the reason behind the murders. The more I thought, the more I began to understand. This is another great book that is action packed, and still has that thread of information about our world. In this case, the reservation. I freely volunteer my thoughts and opinions. Thank you for the opportunity to read this arc.

I absolutely love the Brotherhood protector series and will buy any book that is set in this world and this one was another great addition to this series. Lani Running Bear is ex military police and now that she is retired she is police officer for the Blackfoot reservation and someone is killing her people She knows that she needs help but for them to be on the reservation they also need to be Blackfoot So she calls on the help of Zachariah Jones he has enough Blackfoot blood to enter the reservation (his grandmother was 100%) They have met previously she detained this ranger when he was involved in an fight in Afghanistan, he has also recently retired and joined the Brotherhood protectors. There was a connection between them at their first meeting but as they spend more time together on this job that connection flares to life. When someone threatens the woman he is growing to love Zach will do whatever he needs to in an effort to keep her safe but are they hunting more than one killer.
