Book was $1.54 when I purchased it but as soon as soon as I confirmed the payment it switched to $12.44 & thats what it took from my account. I requested a refund immediately which Google has refused. There was no "you took more money than I agreed to pay" option or ability to attatch screen shots in the refund procress so I had to opt it for accidental purchase. But I replied to the confirmation of refund request email & attatched screen shots showing the book at the $1.54 price. And they still refused the refund stating it does not meet their refund policy without explaining why & I can't seem to find away to actually contact someone at Google. To find out why it doesn't meet there refund policies, when they have effectively STOLEN THE MONEY & falsely advertised the price. I have already wasted alot of time trying to find a way to contact Google & will have to waste more contacting Consumer Affairs. I can't comment on the book as I haven't read it & am trying to return it.
