Eric F. Mason is Professor of Biblical Studies at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois. Troy W. Martin is Professor of Religious Studies at Saint Xavier University in Chicago. He is the author of By Philosophy and Empty Deceit: Colossians as Response to a Cynic Critique (Sheffield Academic Press, 1996) and co-author of Forgiveness: Finding Freedom through Reconciliation (Crossroad, 2002).
