作者简介

David P Reiter is a multi-award wining author and publisher living in Brisbane, Australia. David has written poetry, ?ction, scripts, interactive multimedia and even a feature ?lm called Hemingway in Spain. He has a PhD from the University of Denver and has taught Creative Writing in the United States, Canada and Australia.He recalls an incident from his childhood when he discovered a real gun hidden under his parents¿ bed. He still remembers the cold hard metal and weight of the gun and how nervous he felt holding it. Real Guns is his second book for children. The ?rst, The Greenhouse E?ect, was a junior novel published by Lothian Books in 2004 about a cat who teams up with some magical native species and extra-terrestrials to save the Earth.
