When I began reading I felt a sense of sending the story from over Maddie's shoulder. But that's as close as the connection got. But as I continued to dive deeper, I feel the connection "clicked" together. I love the writing style and the previous novels, this was another well written novel.

I have almost a year sober after 17 years drinking heavily. This story hits the nail on the head in so many ways. I'm terrified of the possibility of a "slip", but I'm strong, I can do this!

I can't relate to this book in any way but Its touching and beautiful anyway. The story moves quickly and doesn't give details on everything but that's because the book spans over a couple years. It's not a romance book although it does include a fair amount of it. It's about Maddie Graham who he be
