This title was first published in 2000: John Braithwaite is a distinguished criminologist with an international reputation in the study of regulation and globalization. This collection contains his most important and influential essays in criminal justice and business regulation. લેખક વિશે
John Braithwaite is a Professor in the Research School o f Social Sciences, Australian National University. He has been Head o f Law there and coordinated interdisciplinary netw orks- Reshaping Australian Institutions (1992- 96) and the Regulatory Institutions Network (RegNet). He has been active in social movement politics, representing community groups on the Economic Planning Advisory Council Chaired by the Prime Minister o f Australia between 1983- 87. Between 1985 and 1995 he was a part-time Commissioner with the Trade Practices Commission.
