Carlo is spectacular!! He is commanding and in control at all times but Summer unravels him. Summer needs everything Carlo is offering and plus more to help repair her confidence. Their chemistry is off the charts and just incredible to get lost in. Forbidden loves are always the best.

Carlos came from Italy when his brother tried to have him killed - afraid he was going to take over the Family. He has been working for the LaTorre Don in the states and worked his way up to second in command. He found the Don's daughter, Summer, stripping in a club because her dancing injury and ex-boyfriend really did a number on her confidence. He takes her in hand but neither tell the Don what is going on. The story was very well written, the characters were scorching and entertaining.
