Jeetesh Kumar is Senior Lecturer at the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events and Associate Director for Information Management and Documentation at the Centre for Research and Innovation in Tourism (CRiT), Taylor's University, Malaysia.

Gül Erkol Bayram is Associate Professor in the School of Tourism and Hotel Management at the University of Sinop, Turkey.

Anukrati Sharma is Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management, University of Kota, India.
