I love Somatics & believe they are essential. This is a beautiful and comprehensive book on how to easily include simple somatic practices into your daily routines. I especially appreciate the wholistic approach; making a personalized practice, working with cycles, releasing emotions, stress & trauma from the physical body. So needed by this body in this time! Even trouble shooting possible resistance to actually doing the practice consistently; love that!

This book does a great job of breaking down somatic therapy in a way that’s easy to follow. The exercises, like breathwork and journaling, really helped me feel more in tune with my body and manage anxiety better. I liked how it focuses on healing through simple, everyday practices. It’s practical, encouraging, and a great resource if you're looking for new ways to feel more balanced and connected.

This book includes fundamental exercises, techniques, and routines for your everyday life. These exercises help you to get your day started and feel energized. There are also exercises included in this book that will help you feel relaxed and prepare for bed. I love everything about this book. I totally recommend this book.
