"A unique brand of justice, morality, and heroism."

"Gripping, immersive, entertaining.

In Episode One . . . Beaten. Burned. Broken.

Capt. John Regent returns a paraplegic after escaping months of captivity and torture — except no one knows who took him or what he disclosed.

When a government agent comes for answers, she discovers John's fantastical secret and sets him at war with his own country. But the veteran in the wheelchair has one last mission, and he'll fight off the powers-that-be long enough to save the life of a troubled soldier — even if it costs John his own.

If you enjoy comic book heroes, science fiction, and international intrigue, I highly recommend this series. Book 1 introduces us to the first two of five major characters in this action packed thrill ride. Learn along with Captain John Regent that sometimes what seems like the end is only the beginning.

About the author

Rick Wayne is a cretinous mass who's dissected a cadaver, jumped from an airplane, swam naked in the Mediterranean, and felt the blast of a terrorist's bomb, although not in that order. When he's not vomiting words, he's planning his next adventure.
