This has to be one of the sweetest MC books I've ever read, but it doesn't lack for heat. Booker and Dani are an amazing couple, well matched, and absolutely perfect for each other. This story combines strong characters, insta-love, and hot bikers with twists and turns to provide an amazing story that pulls you in right from the beginning, and doesn't let go until the end! Dani is a good girl, who has really bad luck with relationships. Her one and only relationship ends with the guy stealing all of her money, as well as her identity, and getting off with a slap on the wrist! She is trying to get her life back on track, but it isn't easy! This leads to her crappy car breaking down in a bad area, and Booker happens to find her (and saves the day!) Booker is a member of the Dogs of Fire MC. He isn't your typical MC thug, and is actually a nice guy. He takes one look at Dani, and knows she's the one! (It's totally a swoon worthy moment!) Despite everything trying to keep them apart (including Dani!), he's determined that they will work through everything. Booker and Dani are such a sweet couple! I love how he sees her and right away decides that she is it for him. I love how protective of her he is. I love that she is still such a strong woman, despite everything in her past. I adore her crazy sense of humor. This book was fun, and an amazing beginning to the Dogs of Fire MC series!

A Biker Love Story Booker/Austin was a knight in shining armor the night that Dani’s car broke down close to his MC’s shop. It was from then on that Booker went after what he wanted and that was Dani. Dani was a kindergarten teacher with family in law enforcement so that mix might add to the drama that could come from a biker taking interest in her. If you want a sexy alpha male biker knowing what he wants and going about it that will make you swoon this is the book for you. This was an MC book that had the BA you expect in a biker but also showed how loving and protective one could be as well. It was a book I couldn’t put down until the last page was turned. Road to Desire, along with all of Ms. Davenport’s books are definitely one click books for me.

This book is terrible, the female lead is suppose to be awkward but everyone treats her so condescendingly I hate it. It's she really dumb or surrounded by ppl that pity her? What is to like? I couldn't get through the first 50 pages.
