Growing up in Texas, Robert Griffin was already a talented athlete by the time he was in high school. He showed a strong ability for both football and track, but football was clearly where his heart was. College scouts were coming to see him play the game in high school. In college it was NFL scouts who were taking notice of him. In his first season in the NFL with the Washington Redskins, Robert suffered a devastating injury. Would this be the end of his promising career? Both his coaches and his many fans agreed that RG3 would return to the field to finish what he started.
