I am a school teacher in grades K-3 and bullying is one of the topics that I address in my classes. I recently introduced this book to my Grade 3 class and we read it together over several sessions. The kids really liked the book. The class was eager, each time, to pick up the story from the previous reading. They were looking forward to it every week! They all liked the fact that Eric ended up by changing his ways. They were impressed by the fact that the bully had a weakness, a fear. That knowledge let them see the bully in a different light. It was a positive experience for the whole class. I recommend it.
