I read this book looking for a relaxing read but what i found changed the way I look at a lot of things. I now try to think more mindfully, live in the present more and have started a journal as recommended with clear relationship, personal, physical, financial and career goals. There are many great practical tools to improve your life in small ways described in this book that build up over time. Whilst the story is a little far fetched the delivery and enthusiasm felt when reading it made it hard to put down. Read it and start making positive changes to your world!

Its good in bits and pieces with a few useful tips but overall seems very superficial and artificial. Fails to resonate or connect with the reader.
