About this eBook

From USA Today Bestselling Author K Webster comes a steamy, best-friends-to-lovers rockstar romance!

I’m a god.

A rock god that is.

I have everything I could ever want.

Money. Friends. Fame. More women than I know what to do with.

But I don’t have her.

I left my childhood best friend, June, and went on to pursue my dreams of making it big.

And, though life has been good, I still miss and think about her all the time.

Fate sees to it that I visit my old small town and get the chance to finally reconnect with her.

June’s no longer the girl I remember.

She’s all grown up and more beautiful than I could have imagined.

But the light in her eyes is gone and the man she’s with is cruel to her. June deserves more than that douchebag. She deserves someone who can give her a happily ever after. Stupidly, I think that someone could be me.

Our chemistry is off-the-charts.

I’m falling hard for this girl and can’t seem to get enough of her.

This journey from friends to lovers is what people like me write songs about.

Hot. Intense. Soul fulfilling.

Perfect in every way.

I can’t stay and be the man she needs, though.

My future is the band, the record label, and my loyal fans.

I’m going to have to choose between the two things I care about most in this world—my life’s passion and the one I love.

And I’m not sure I can make that choice without breaking my heart in two…

Rock Country is a steamy, emotional rockstar romance between two childhood best friends. This is book one in the Vegas Aces trilogy. Book two is Rock Heart and book three is Rock Bottom. Each book follows a different band member.

June has been in an abusive relationship for years with her husband and is reunited with her childhood sweetheart Bobby ,for me who I thought was loving ,caring at first until he decided to speak in a hurtful manner with June and in the book its seems normal because there are in love.Bobby hurts June in alot of ways but they still find their connection throughout the book. So for me I didn't like Bobby's character at all ...love is not about hurting the ones we love.

This was a sweet read. I think it didn't needed the toxic moments to create conflict. it would have been fine without them. but other than that, it was romantic, sexy, and good read.

I should give this book one star because of my red and swollen eyes but I give it five, because of my red and swollen eyes. It's like the movie Schindler's List. Intellectually you know it's a masterpiece but still never want to watch it again, because on the cry-your-eyes-out -factor. This book was very very emotional and kudos to the author for pulling these emotions out of the reader.
