these books have been helpful for me to begin learning how to read french. as well as open learn and duolingo. In order to hear the audio portion you have to go to the website referenced in the book. there you can download the audio portion of the content. I think it was on page one or two of the book. but the download was free for me

Romain Rannou is a native of Paris, where he was born and raised. He holds master's degrees in French Literature and Linguistics from Paris IV Sorbonne University and in French as a Foreign Language from Grenoble Stendhal University. He has collaborated with editors in Paris and worked with Alliance Française in Seoul. Currently, he is a French teacher in Korea. He created French in Paris to immerse learners in real-life situations set in Paris, helping them grasp French culture and mindset. His materials are designed to equip learners with practical communication skills for their trips to France or interactions in French.
