Thank you, thank you, thank you. I didn't think a book could help solve my anger problem in 130 pages but I was swiftly proven wrong. Not only did this book help me, but it helped me understand my very angry boss. I am coming from a place of intense fear-fueled anger and I was afraid I was going to attack someone if I didn't get help. This book has taught me to calm myself down and I seriously can't express my gratitude enough for that; it's turned my life around. I'm definitely checking out the author's other books.

Has helped me really take a step back and examine myself and why I'm so miserable. I'm already seeing small amounts of change and I've only just finished reading it.
