This book changes that, and will take you on a journey to whatever level of fitness you want to find.

This book is amazing and i thouroughly enjoyed it. Pretty much perfect HOWEVER, I will not be giving it any higher than a 3 because of the very frustrating incompatibility with my phone. The routine near the end cuts itself up when showing the exercises so important information is left out such as certain exercises and advice. Dissapointing if im honest. But Ross seems like a great guy as well as a powerful intellectual to learn a lot from, so dont dismiss the book becuse of this issue.

These 3 stars don't reflect the quality of Ross's work (which I believe was unbelievable) but the quality of the e-book in itself. Many training programmes are not rendered how they should be making it impossible to read most of the content.

A great book, full of useful info and ready good stories however Google Play formatting of the boom meant I couldn't really grasp the workout plans.
