My experience is that the constant and unrelenting vulgarity, profanity, is right up there consistent with those who have no vocabulary to fall back on. Profanity has its place but the first several pages was like listening to high school boys talk to one another about how stupid and ignorant girls are and they are the best, biggest, hardest....oh, shut up already. Turn off. Over kill. Strictly my own opinion.

The story wasn't bad but definitely lacked substance. The constant dirty talk became tiresome and lost its affect, along with the phrase "come your brains out". It lacks punch when it's said 3 times a chapter. Vaughn seemed one dimensional and although we learn the reason why in his history, it's hard to connect to a character that literally speaks in dirty talk almost every time he opens his mouth. I won't be bothering to read the second instalment unfortunately.

I can't get through the chapters, it felt so cringy and trying too hard. Honestly $100and something dollars for a juice is unrealistic, at least to me it is. ALL THE sex talk at the start was supposed to feel erotic but it just didn't sound sexy at all, oh and what he gets paid to do that? I've only read the first chapter but I cant make it to the rest. Sorry.
