• Definitions – there have been changes to mark-room, obstruction, sail the course and the addition of a new definition of continuing obstruction.
• Large parts of Part 2, Section C - ‘At Mark and Obstructions’ have changed on – notably to rule 18 giving mark-room and tacking at the zone.
• Part 5 Protests, Redress, Hearings and Appeals has been completely re-written.
These new rules will apply from January 2025.
