या पुस्तकातून प्रेम आणि करूणा याबद्दल ओशोंनी नितांत सुंदर विचार मांडलेले आहेत. "पत्रकारिता' हा खरं पाहता अध्यात्मातला भाग नव्हे; परंतु पत्रकारितेवर तीन प्रकरणं यामध्ये अशी आहेत, की सत्याऐंशी सालात ओशोंनी त्यावर मांडलेली मतं, आत्ता या काळात तंतोतंत खरी ठरलेली आपल्याला पाहायला मिळतात. प्रत्येक पत्रकारानं आवर्जून वाचावीत, अशी ही प्रकरणं आहेत. प्रसारमाध्यमं ही संहारक शस्त्रांप्रमाणे असता कामा नयेत. कारण यामध्ये "मनुष्यत्व' संपवलं जातं. म्हणूनच मनुष्यत्वाच्या दृष्टीनं काय आवश्यक आहे हे सांगताना ओशोंनी माणसाच्या अंतरंगात आणि बाह्यजगात कोणत्या पद्धतीच्या निष्ठा बाळगल्या पाहिजेत, याचा उहापोह केलेला आहे. "नवी पहाट' या पुस्तकात नवीन माणूस कसा हवा, हे त्यांनी सांगितलं. आता या पुस्तकात नवीन जगाची रचना कशी असावी, याबद्दल ते बोललेले आहेत.
