My motivation for letting this book be in front of you all is no other person but me, sometimes giving yourself credit is not harmful but yes, I had many loving people behind my back supporting me like my father, mother, sister, and friends.

This is the most wonderful book of all time💫. It tells us that it is very important to know about mental diseases. And don't ever behave badly with someone who has suffered, but try to understand them.🙂
