Great book for 11+ and is the life of a fourteen year old summed up perfectly in merely 256 pages! Stunning book! Hope the author writes more books! I will be the first to read them if she does!
About the author
Sabine Durrant has worked as a journalist for the Independent, the Sunday Times, the Observer and the Guardian, and has written two very succesful novels for adults. Cross Your Heart, Connie Pickles is her first novel for younger readers. Sabine lives in Wimbledon with her husband and three children.
