It turns out our motivation is limited. Spearheading temptations shoved on you only weakens your will. Without a strong control of our willpower, we are doomed to fail any goals we set ourselves to achieve. I'm glad to have discovered this book. I've followed the guides in the book and it's been a consistent 3 weeks of daily exercising for me. The longest streak I've ever had. I am full of energy now, and ready to employ more positive habits into my life. This book has changed my life.

It turns out willpower is real and exhaustible. The author covers complete details of practical willpower use. I can now choose to use my willpower more wisely, thanks to this book. I was expecting some examples of the habits types so I can see which one I currently fall into. But I suppose that is not the essense of this book. The willpower explanation alone is life-changing.
