This book was informative and interesting. I can’t report on the accuracy of the techniques since I had no prior knowledge. But it seemed reasonable. The descriptions and pictures look easy to follow, but everything requires a partner, so I wasn’t able to try it out yet. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
