I can't get enough of this series. Gritty, dangerous, suspenseful, action-packed - everything that keeps me captivated. I had no idea what to expect for when Samantha tackled Zain's story, and the path she weaved was perfect! Emotional with so many crazy twists. Zain and Dana were perfect together and on fire. So glad they got an happy ending.

Wow, this is a fast-paced, action-packed read that will have you holding your breath and sitting on the edge of your seat as you read it. I loved the strong storyline and characters. Both Dana and Zain have their flaws but together they bring out the best of each other. When Zain discovers he has been betrayed and that Dana's life is at risk, he finally realises what home means to him and he will do anything to save Dana and their future together. This is the first of this series that I have read and it won't be the last.

This book was fast paced and action-packed from beginning to the end. This is the third book, but you don't need to have read the previous one (I haven't). Dana heads out to try and find her bosses missing brother after getting an intelligent lead. Things do not go to plan, but she does find Zain... only the situation is not what she was expecting. Oh my, so much happens in this book, so many nail-biting moments and a few little twists to keep you on your toes. I really enjoyed all the action and suspense. Zain was losing himself but gained a reason to come home. Dana was so careless going after the lead, and it nearly ended her a few times. The attraction between the two is very insta, but they have so much chemistry and are a very good match.

About the author

Samantha Wilde resides in western Canada and has a special love for the Canadian Rockies. As a child, she lived in British Columbia and some of her favorite memories revolve around being a 90s kid with the mountains as her backdrop.

One of her biggest passions is writing un-put-down-able romantic suspense that robs readers of sleep. After meeting her husband Jesse at only eighteen years old, she experienced love at first sight—so for her, insta-love is totally realistic. With two young girls and a little boy, her arms and heart are always full. Their dog Ragnar ties up the family package. When she’s not running kids to lessons or rocking a sleeping baby, she loves to create stories about badass alpha heroes who toe the line of morale and fight for what they believe in—and the woman they love.

Aside from creating the hottest book boyfriends, Samantha also loves to cook, bake, and spend time outside with her children (when it’s not -50 c). She’s also a proud, chocolate-loving health nut living her days in gratitude.
