This book simplifies the method of daily Puja and path of living and explains the importance of various Vedic concepts. The method of Panchdev Puja has been put in perspective. Many useful concepts of Vedic thought and the esoteric aspects of Indian culture have been highlighted in the present book. Along with this, the importance of festivals and seasons, subject matter of Puranas and so on is also deliberated.

Hira Ballabh Joshi has written extensively on Sanatan Dharma and Sanskriti. His endeavor has been to grasp the infinite rays of Sanatan Dharma Darshan and present it in simple words. How to achieve a peaceful and liberated state of mind and establish a benevolent society is inherent in Dharma tradition which has also been his subject matter. Shri Joshi has also been working for the restoration of purity, knowledge, and the values of compassion associated with the temples and priestly profession.
