Franz Seraphicus Grillparzer war ein österreichischer Schriftsteller, der vor allem als Dramatiker hervorgetreten ist. Aufgrund der identitätsstiftenden Verwendung seiner Werke, vor allem nach 1945, wird er auch als österreichischer Nationaldichter bezeichnet.
