I've read all the stories, I'll share about Second Chance Bride: I loved this book! Talk about a fun, sexy romp in Australia! Wow! Buy this book now! Scarlett Buck--yes, real name--finds herself "stranded" in Australia and considers drastic means [brothel] to earn money to get home. In walks a sexy, hot Aussie, and she realizes she can't just **do** anything for money. She rejects him, and runs to town. No luck finding a job, she ponders her options, and is almost battered by a wayward drunk. Up walks sexy Aussie to the rescue. Mitch Bannister is a mining engineer on holiday. He's about to be best man at a wedding for his friend who's marrying Mitch's ex. The American "cowgirl" at the brothel is just what he needs, but she rejected him! How does that happen? And how does he end up rescuing the cowgirl in distress? Over coffee and a walk, they discover they could be mutually beneficial--he needs a wedding date, she needs money to fly home. Who knew this "proposition" could lead to lust, hot sex, and ultimately love. Of course, they have to go through a lot--crazy almost-wedding with a bridezilla, a few secrets revealed, a Vera Wang wedding dress with bad juju, and letting go of "the one." Fortunately, love conquers the distance between Montana and Australia and ends with a wedding complete with a Kimberley diamond.
