The book is alright, it's a bit slow but gets better. However, there is something wrong with the page numbers (for me at least) because I cannot find out which page I am at after page 40. It says page 40 even if I'm on at least page 80, so that is very annoying.

Atonement and Enduring Love have both been turned into award-winning films, The Children Act and On Chesil Beach are in production and set for release this year, and filming is currently underway for a BBC TV adaptation of The Child in Time.
