About this eBook

The bestselling parents' guide towards happy, sleeping babies from birth to two years, from the international baby whisperer Tizzie Hall

LAST UPDATED 2021

Tizzie Hall has gained an international reputation as a baby whisperer and miracle worker. Even from an early age, Tizzie knew how to read babies' body language and cries, and from that auspicious beginning she has developed a series of sleep routines that have provided parents and babies with a good night's sleep the world over.

Save Our Sleep is the book that parents asked Tizzie to write, and with over 270,000 copies sold it has become the only book parents need to cure their own sleep deprivation! New material includes new routines, integrated feedback on routines, dummy use, express feeding, dealing with premature babies and twins, more information on teaching your baby to self-settle and brand new case studies and tips.

Awful, focus babies to do things they are not ready to do and explain it that when the baby is telling us they need us through cry its all protest and manipulative behaviour 😭 when the midwivies and lc tell you to burn it, its unfair and un safe to the newborn and baby then thats something to worry about. Baby vomiting and pooing on demand from the stress of self settling is manipulative - no thankyou what rubbish Feeding a new born every 3 hrs even though its natural for a new born to cluster feed but you shouldnt feed more cause it fors bad habits and routine.... yes she said this for a newborn - she is mad and dangerous If baby is having a hard time sleeping you can lay up to 15 layers on a child as weight is soothing - 15 layers.. what about over heating.. thats a huge sids contributor 🤦‍♀️ She wrote this book without any experince nor her own children (she only baby sat when she wrote this book) - no experince to base anything on Pinky mckay is a wonderdul helpful natural still effective book Remember you love then so lets do everything with love not force cause lets be honest we all learn better when loved not through stress

Rating 1 star because I want to highlight that the claims made by the author are not backed up by any sort of evidence to indicate her methods are beneficial for the infant and because this author does not actually have any qualification to define her as an "expert" which would give weight to her claims. The facebook page for this book offers no evidence to support Tizzies baseless claims that her methods are beneficial for the infant. I was also disgusted to see this author encourage public harassment of a mother by linking her personal profile in a live stream because this mother has asked for evidence to support the author's methods. If the methods advised in this book were supported by research, surely the author would not have to resort to harassment of people that call out her controversial claims. I was particularly appalled by the suggestion in this book that states you may "reward" your infant with a feed before the specified time if they have slept through the night. Feeding an infant who cannot feed themselves is not a "reward". It's a basic human right. Suggesting that night time nappy changes can only happen if "absolutely necessary" is dangerous advice, especially for newborn girls who, due to anatomy, are prone to urinary tract infections (which can spread to the bladder and become deadly to infants very quickly). Absurd advice.

Just another cry-it-out book. Crying it out is dangerous and inhumane and most of all unscientific. This woman is no expert, she didn't even have children when writing the book. Parents need to get out of the 1950s and learn how to take care of children properly. Waste of money. Try Dr. Jay Gordon's book "Good Nights" or anything by Dr. Sears (The Baby Sleep Book).
