About this ebook

Snow days aren't supposed to end with dead bodies.

Harvey Beckett has just finished a quiet meal after shoveling the sidewalks around Main Street when the body of the new bartender in town is discovered behind the bar. When Harvey begins to look into the victim's pseudonym, she finds out far more than she bargained, enough to put her in real danger.

Can she and her friends find the murderer before they become victims themselves?

I am really enjoying this series; I like that each book highlights a different social cause without being preachy and provides resource information. I also like that the author praises and suggests other authors. This particular book, however, has left me feeling like I missed a whole book even though I've read them all in order within the last week. Also there is also an entire plot line that is mentioned once and then disappears. Hopefully it's resolved in a future book, otherwise it may just be one of those things that remains a mystery. Now, onto the next book!

There is so much to learn, and enjoy with this series. I especially enjoy the recommendations Harvey and her team mention for each subject. I wish I could read one that reccomends a book by Sally Hyderabad, (Finding Harmony). It is about a woman's struggle through depression and MS, and a daughter with Autism. That would fit in so well with Harvey and her team! I hope to find many more books to enjoy by this author!
