I had been wondering all along which side Parry would finally decide he was on – but I don’t want to reveal any spoilers! And I liked the twist that just when it felt like victory, as in real life everything gets a hell of a lot more complicated. In between there are new places to explore and new (and decidedly odd) people to meet and deal with, in fact the action and the complex relationships keep the pages turning without letup. None of these books ends on a cliffhanger, but the story always leaves me wanting to find out what happens in the next one. It looks like the stakes are going to be raised in Spygame.
