This is my favourite book of the series. the chemistry between Win and Merripen is so solid and tangible, you could almost taste it. From the beginning of the story right up to the end, you couldn't help but root for the couple to be together. How could you not, when what they feel for each other stems from childhood, an instant kinship of souls. Though Merripen tries to keep Win away, there's nothing that can make her stop loving him. And he has loved her in equal measures too, if not more. Sigh.. I wish for the love that is real as that.

always love Lisa Kleypas's book.I have read and collected all of her books and this one is one of my favourites.

About the author
Lisa Kleypas is the author of numerous historical romance novels. In 1985, she was named Miss Massachusetts and competed in the Miss America pageant. After graduating from Wellesley College she published her first novel at twenty-one. Lisa is married and has two children.
