• Seiichi Masuyama is Chief Researcher at the Center for Policy Research of the Nomura Research Institute.


• Donna Vandenbrink is economist at the Center for Knowledge Exchange and Creation at Nomura Research Institute and formerly at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.


• Chia Siow Yue is Director of the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies in Singapore and was previously Associate Professor of Economics at the National University of Singapore.
