Sensual Games

Emma broke up with Colt after he cheated on her. Everything seems okay until she gets a job offer for the same football team he plays for. They are two messed up people but I thought he had it together more than she did. Emma didn’t seem very mature and a lot of her problems were caused by that. The story flows well and there is some sex but not so much that it takes away from the story. I enjoy reading books from this author and this one did not disappoint. I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

This was a fantastic heartbreaking yet heartwarming story about second chances, forgiveness, and fighting with everything you have for what's most important. Emma and Colt were college sweethearts pursuing their dreams of being a pro footballer and a physical therapist for the same NFL team, while planning a future together. Until a jealous stranger decides to wreak havoc on their dreams. Sensual Games is a captivating story full of heartache, pain, lies, jealousy, doubts, forgiveness, passion, and love. Readers will fall in love with Emma and Colt as they take readers on their journey to find their happily ever after. I couldn't put this book down. Emma is a physical therapist who quit her dream job when she heard her boyfriend Colt had cheated on her. Colt is one of the quarterbacks for the same team Emma worked at. She tried to move on with her life but when she gets offered her job back will she be able to handle being around Colt again? This is a well written second chance at love and life story filled with misunderstandings, heartbreak, some steam and a great HEA. The characters are believable and well developed and the story flowed smoothly.
