Par šo e-grāmatu

Losing her love was the least of her troubles.

When an opportunity to study on another planet presents itself, Larissa Malinya is all too eager to escape the home that holds so many grief-filled memories.

Afraid of losing anyone else in her life, Larissa resists her growing attraction to Janssen, another botanist on the ship. But before she can reconcile her feelings, an emergency landing exposes them to a brazen attack.

Detained in a strange medical facility, Larissa unwittingly despairs that she’s the lone survivor. Heartache soon turns to horror when she discovers the scientists’ diabolical plan to create an army of super soldiers.

Can Larissa and her fellow captives hatch a plan to thwart their efforts? To avert disaster, she must make an impossible choice:

Will she choose love, or turn her back on it for survival and the greater good?

Par autoru

Susan McKenzie is an Australian author who has written the Sci-fi novels, Tamisan, Enigma, Shakiran: Larissa's Story, Touch of Lightning, and Power of Lightning, and the short story, The Alien. She is also the illustrator for a children's book called The Lake by Richard Dabinett. Susan has completed many art courses and holds a diploma in Information Technology. She taught Information Technology for 15 years at TAFE in Australia and likes to help other authors with computer-related issues. Because she loves anything book-related, she also formats books for print, converts manuscripts to all popular eBook formats, and offers proofreading services. Unlike most other authors, she's not a coffee addict - but chocolate? Now that's a different story. And Monte Carlo biscuits (that's a type of sandwich cookie for American readers). When she's not writing or working, she loves to paint, draw and play the guitar.
