Vivek Kumar Jain, born in the small village of Hata in Tikamgarh district of Madhya Pradesh, is not only an engineer by education and a civil service officer (State Forest Service) by profession but also a father to a three-year-old child. This book is a reflection of his emotions as a father. He received his school education from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, and his writing journey began there as well. Apart from being published in various newspapers and weblogs, Vivek consistently writes on his webpages sadaknama.com and kkoffeehouse.blogspot.in, in addition to his presence on social media. He has also created a short film titled 'Kisi Ki Shona' based on one of his stories.
