Acerca deste livro eletrรณnico

Siddhartha is a novel about a Brahmin youth named Siddhartha, who embarks on a journey to find true enlightenment. Though he seeks wisdom from teachers and religious teachings, he remains unsatisfied and leaves to experience the world on his own. He practices asceticism, attempting to attain enlightenment through self-denial, but still fails to find the answers he seeks. Siddhartha then immerses himself in the material world, becoming a successful merchant and experiencing love, but even this does not bring him true happiness. Eventually, he meets a ferryman by the river and learns to understand the flow of life through nature. After experiencing both the spiritual and material worlds, Siddhartha finds inner peace and reaches ultimate enlightenment. The novel conveys the message that enlightenment comes not from external teachings, but from personal experience and inner reflection.
